Gigabyte 945GM-S2 rev. 3.1 and E7200 not up to speed

It's a E7200, and the PC boots up with it at 1.6GHz (266x6), CPUID 0676, path ID all zeros. It works fine, but, of course, it should not have such a low multi.

Can't find anywhere to set it in the BIOS, even after trying CTRL+F1 (Freq+Voltage gives memory ratios only, and doesn't have 1:1, at that!)...help!

It has the newest BIOS (5/28/07), and Gigabyte has the CPU in their supported CPU list.

P.S. The CPU voltage comes up as "FAIL"...a PSU swap is in order...
