Here is my setup:

Gigabyte 8SRX
Intel P4 1.6A GHz
Samsung PC2700 512mb
IBM 60GXP 20gb

Settings:

CPU Frequency
16x145=2320 MHz
1.55v

Memory Settings
CL=2.5T
TRAS=7T
TRP=3T
TRCD=3T
181FSB
Default voltage

Top Performance = Enabled

Here at my benches:

SiSoft

CPU
Dhrystone ALU 4505 MIPS
Whetstone FPU/iSSE2 1211/2848 MFLOPS

Memory
RAM Int 2754 MB/s
RAM Float 2754 MB/s

Here are a few concerns. Fatal error running Prime95, hardware failure detected. What difference does "Top Performnace" make? I can't even boot at 150FSB, memory will not go above 190FSB. Should I boost my CPU voltage? What is the safe voltage for DRAM? What else should I try?
