gigabyte 8irx is junk

i thought it would be based off the 8irxp that was reviewed here minus the raid i was mistaken

Its the biggest POS i have used.

there is no CPU adjustable voltage liek the P version.

this crap is going back last time i actually listen to reviews and base my decisions off them

What do you expect, Gigabyte is going for a more "mainstream" design with less jumpers, and more stability. I happen to like Older (pentium 1/2) days. Now Gigabyte with the everything in the BIOS is pure bull. Plus they should work harder to make more boards OS compatible. Horried issues when installing windows (any version). There is no substitute for the jumpers on the motherboard, they dont go faulty like the "dual bios" and their dumb choice for American megatrends BIOS chips, instead of Phoenix/Award BIOS.
