GIGABYTE 8IEXP raid setup

I need some help setting up RAID for a Gigabyte 8IEXP mobo. I've tried a few different things, but when it comes down to it, I really don't know what I'm doing. Any help is appreciated.

Just some info: I'm running Windows XP and I have two IBM drives that I'm trying to create into a RAID 0 array.
