Gigabyte-8 series chipset bug fixable by Microsoft patch

From the Japanese hardware site 4Gamer.net, Gigabyte reported that while the 8-series chipset bug indeed exists, it doesn't happen with all USB devices, and is also fixable by a simple Microsoft hotfix.

The bug is that USB 3.0 thumb drives have problems waking up from S3 sleep. The problem originates in the PCH, and Intel is releasing a new stepping (C2) of the Z87/H87/etc. in a couple months to correct it.
