Gigabyte 7ZXE help! PLEASE!

I have this board - Gigabyte 7ZXE , it worked for me for a few days, then one day it hangs and I could never boot the computer up again.

The board stops booting right after the Bios information shown on the screen. It doesn't try to look for boot devices.

I tried to flash the bios downloaded from Gigabyte website, but the situation only gets worse. So I restored the old bios, and it is the same as above now.

Any ideas what's going on? Please help. 🙂 Thanx a lot!
