Gigabyte 7VRXP bios update (@Bios)

ive got the version 2.0 of this board but the bios is for version 1.0 so i obviously need to update bios.
never done it before (heh) but i am wonderin for XP professional will the Gigabyte @Bios writer that is supplied on the drivers CD, it says on the main window of the computer for Win9X/ME/NT4/2000/XP but in the mobo manual it says if using Windows 9x we recommend using the @bios programme so im wonderin if it is alright to use the @bios programme?

Yep, my roommate has that board (ver. 2.0) and the @BIOS writer works fine under WinXP.

I also use the one for my GA-8IHXP, no problems in any case.

WHere would I be likely to purchase a v. 2.0 of this board?
