Gigabyte 7NNXP SATA and IDE RAID?

I've just set up the mobo and all the drivers seem to have insalled well. If I go to the device manager and look under SCSI Controllers; it reports both the SIL and the gigaraid. Under properties they all check out to be functioning OK. But, XP only finds the SIL serial ATA raid as drive C and not the Giga raid at all. I have tried cahnging the Giga Raid to Array 0, then 1, nada. Can someone please help?

I do not know for a sure on this mobo but are you sure that you have it all connected right. i know that on the dfi nf2 the sata cancels out the first standard ata port. are you completely sure taht you have your other drives connected to the raid controller as you may have them in the standard ata ports.

Yep, I'm sure they are plugged into the raid sockets. The IDE channels are clustered with the floppy drive socket. The strangew thing is that on boot up the Bios Gigaraid facility sees them and even tells me thay are raided! Windows just fails to recognise them as a drive.
