gigabyte 7n400 pro2 vs msi delta ilsr

hey guys,


i have been up in the air for somewhile, but am not sure if either of these is better than the other. They almost both have the same configuration except for some minor detaisl thats don't matter to me (e.g. gigabit lan, the raid functionality). I was looking at newegg refurbs and saw both of thse. I would consider the asuse duluxe board, but know that it will for sure come without the additional components. Any advice? anyone know if the newegg refurbed msi delta-ilsr or 7n400 pro2 comes with the accessories?
