Gigabyte 6800 GT or Evga 6800 GT

Hi all,
I'm going to buy a new Graphics card to replace my old Herculese 9700np card.
So I searched for a sub 400 $ cards and came up with these two.
Gigabyte GV-N68T256DH

and

eVGA 256-A8-N344-AX

Now what I'm looking for is a card that overclocks better and generates less heat, cause My PC is already a hot P4 2.4 @ 3.1 GHz.

So what do you think ?

eVGA because they make the Nvidia reference cards and they have excellent service as well.

Sorry, but I didn't ask for service because I don't live in the USA and I wont need it where I live.
All I need to know is which one overclocks better and has a better cooling system.

😎

I've used the Gigabyte GV-N68T256DH and think it's cooling is sub-par. The fan in that card is also very noisy. Three weeks after installing the Gigabyte card I RMA'd it and switched to the BFG with the reference cooling design. The new video card runs cooler and is much quieter than the Gigabyte one. I'd go with the EVGA with the reference cooling design for these reasons and also because it sells for about $30(US) cheaper.
