GIGA 7NF-RZ problem

I have a Giga-byte 7NF-RZ mobo and have problem playing Call of Duty:United Offense, which is only game I play. 3- 25 minutes then I get connection error (I get disconnected). When i exit out I have no internet connection and need to reboot. During error by activity light on NIC is going nuts. I have latest chipset drivers, as there isn't any drivers out for the Realtek 8201 chip by doing google search. Device manager says it's working ok. After I reboot I can surf internet ok but if I play COD I may lock up.

Any one else having issues like this with this mobo?

Think i have found problem. I use Norton 9.0 Coporate and if I disable autoprotect it seems to work. I had this problem before with earlier version of Norton and then I switched to McAfee, but I switched back........

I'm going to monitor this and hope that is problem.

*edit* nope Norton wasn't problem. It still does it.......

Ok I have found it for sure. DX 9.0c was it. When I redone computer I installed DX from MS site when i updated windows. When game installed I choose not to install DX due to I 'thought' it was allready there. Loaded DX off of game cd and no problems now
