Gift to buy for a female friend's 21st.

OK, so I've bought her a cocktail set of glasses/mixer and a book on creating cocktails. MY friend feels I stole his idea as he bought a similar thing for his younger sister a while back.

So now I'm thinking what he could get her. Something classy like the above (ie nothing inflatable or trashy), and preferably not costing over £30 ($55).

Ideas please! The party is in 4 hours so there is a time limit.

Although cocktails normally require various spirits so that's going to be like.... 3 different bottles fo the desired pricerange. I'll put this to him though#
 
A bartender's guide to go with the cocktail or an interesting novel or coffee table book (if she likes to read)

A wine or alcohol stand holder.

Jewelry in the cocktail (earings, but depends on what kind of friend)
