Gift ideas for the girlfriend

It's the girl's birthday in a couple weeks, and I've been trying to think of a perfect present, but I'm looking for suggestions as well. We've been together for a year and eight months, by the way. I'm 16, so nothing extravagant, and preferrably nothing over $50, but if it's a bit over and worth it, thats fine too.

She loves old movies with people like Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, etc., she loves the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Moulin Rouge, she's in colorguard, dances, and she likes to sew. I know shes a sucker for cute romantic things too.

Last year I got her jewlery (a bracelet), and for our year-anniversary I got her a necklace, so I think jewlery is out of the question.

Oh, 16. Ipod? Shuffle? My GF is 22 and I got her one for our 6 month. She loves it, uses it everyday.

For a 512MB shuffle you could probably get for like $60-70.

Here's a rule of life for you (as well as all other men who dont already know): whatever the gift you give, no matter how expensive and/or thoughtful, it will be worthless without the card. So don't forget the freakin card. I have no idea why the card is so important but you're screwed without it.
