Gift for mom's 40th bday...?

I should probably get her something nice being as how it's one of them milestone bdays but i'm drawing a blank. Don't want to get her what I usually get her for her bday (nothing), so once again I'm stuck looking in ATOT for input.

Only you know what she likes, buy something she has been wanting but not able to get in a long time.
