Gift is for my brother, he goes to college and likes to go out and have a good time. I think this would be a cool belt buckle to wear to the bars when feeling a little bit crazy. What does everyone else think??

no definitly cheezy, and dumb... I would get laughed @ If I wore that anyware, let alone the bar... I'm 22....
 
The side scrolling stock ticker one works. Especially when you program it to say take you home to your address if found.
