Find your way to your Giants/Bin directory and there you will find a file named arpfix.gzp, rename it to arpfix.gzp, or delete it, or move it to another folder, just don't leav it in that folder with that name.

If you are talking about the hack to remove the clothing on the lower half of her body, you don't see anything new so it is kind of a waste. The cloth is semi transparent and all that patch does is remove the semi transparent cloth. I have not tested it myself, though I have seen plenty of screenies. One of the Giants fansites has it available for download.
