Giants vs. Eagles [11-16-2003]...

lets see, the giants a talented team who finds ways to lose.

the Eagles a much less talented team who finds ways to win.

i think i'll take the eagles.

Some tight games going on. Watching the Bills-Texans right now, 9-8 Houston's winning. Save situation for Houston, where's Billy Wagner?

What? Eagles are talented as hell, they just had a rough start. They got a lot of key players back and they're in the swing of things. McNabb is stepping up too. Hell, the beat the Packers!

And now he's beaten the hell outta the Giants, that game was pitiful. The Eagles defense has been pretty solid all season and now is stepping up quite a bit despite ALL of those injuries. Grasthmatis(sp?), Hollis Thomas, other linemen, Troy Vincent, Bobby Taylor, Brian Dawkins... etc...

The Eagles have no talent yet they have a trio of pro bowlers in the secondary, and an amazing QB despite his poor start this season.

I think Fassel is really paying the price for not having an Offensive coordinator. Last year giants did better when Fassel himself called the plays, but Sean Payton still worked on some of the plays behind the scenes.

http://firefassel.com That's pretty much all I have to say about the current state of the Giants. I just don't think he's that good of a coach. Look at last year's 49ers game, his defense collapsed, special teams was poor, and at the end of the game, the team lost their composure, something that a good coach should never have happen to him. His time is up.
