LOL at all the Giants fans reduced to pointing fingers while dem iggles manhandle them on both sides of the ball.Originally posted by: Jack Ryan
The problem is nothing ever changes with the Giants. They STILL get penalties, STILL can't play pass defense, STILL pass more than they run, STILL never blitz.
Sometimes you just get beat, but they always beat themselves and that is the most frustrating.
There are a copious number of reasons, kids . . . I'll detail them later.
The Eagles had that game wrapped up. Giants defense could not get off the field, O-line couldn't stop a thing, they couldn't run the ball, Philly had the game wrapped up.Originally posted by: BrokenVisage
That was BS, I picked the Giants to win, but that was simply BS..

Can someone explain what happened in the David Akers situation? I only saw a brief highlight of him diving into the Giants sidelines and taking a beating from a few Giants.

Absolutely nothing. TV tried to make it into a big incident, it was nothing at all. He thought he got blocked in the back during the opening kickoff of the game and went after someone on the Giants sideline where he was promptly beaten and ejected back onto the field.![]()
That's what the TV guys said, but it didn't look like that to me. It looked to me like his momentum from the field just carried him into the coach, but who knows.Originally posted by: BigJ
He went after an assistant coach.Originally posted by: ThePresence
