Giant Defense

Argo

Lifer
7 turn overs. 4 interceptions, 5 fumbles caused, 3 recovered. 4 sacks. 1 touch down. Wow, on the day when offense didn't show up, the defense won the game.

Part of it is that the redskins handed us some of those turnovers... Let's not go crazy. 🙂😉

Absolutely, still giants seconday of the last 2 years would've dropped 3 out of 4 of those interceptions. And this post is a parody of a similar most that was made last Sunday 🙂

Look inside the stats, and this is further proof the Giants are in for a very l o n g season. Even a gift wrapped game can be lost with a little bit of effort on their part. This team is woeful. And Coughlin must go! He's the wrong coach for this team at this time.

Wow, way to be positive. Last year the Giants wouuld double the yardage of their opponents and still lose the game. I'd take less yards but more points any time, thank you.

If your margin of victory is less than the number of forced turnovers, that's a bad thing.

How about that beloved patriot's D? The offense gave up 7 TOs, but the D only allowed 14 points....

Coughlin will probably be here for a while. The team is NOT woeful, they're just not good yet. The defense certainly didn't look woeful today, and the O line which was supposed to be woeful certainly showed up and played for Coughlin.

Don't get me wrong. I really am a Giants fan. But, looking at this team, I see little to be positive about. The D is, at best, average. And the offense is, well, offensive. As in, they stink. Their talent level at the skill positions is, again, average. When is the last time this team had a legitimate deep threat at wide receiver? I'm thinking Homer Jones, which was quite a way back, before most of you were even a gleem in your poppy's eye.
And, by the way, I've all but had it with the "great' Jeremy Shockey. The dude is all mouth and no hands., and can't block worth a damn! Bring back Mark Bavaro, anyday!
