Ghosting windows 2000

I have 14 identical machines that I want to install windows 2000 server on. Now what I want to do is setup one exactly the way I want it and take a ghost image to use on the rest of the machines. Then I would have to go back and change the server name and IPs the server uses. Here are the problems I foresee:

1) Doesn't changing the name create vulnerabilities that require a re-application of the service pack?
2) I have 14 legal copies of windows 2000 server. After the ghost I want to be able to go into the registry and change the OEMs?. Is this possible?
3) I have read that Windows 2000 makes SIDs that are unique to each machine?. Will this method make identical ones and cause trouble?

If you have done this before, please respond. IF you think of any concerns, let me know. Or if you have a good method to quickly configure these servers let me know.

Thanks!
