Ghost sound caught on video - very eerie!

I was watching a video and I think it may have a ghost making noise in it. It's very eerie. Listen to the beginning of the video and you will hear it. It sounds like "ooohooooohhooooooo" which goes up and down in a low tone. It then dissappears completely. Anyone else hear it?

It's a sound effect. Anchorwoman says "fake death", and sounds like one of the sound engineers is playing around with a "ghost" sound effect.
