Ghost please help

I got a CD with the program ghost and an image (windows) I was told that I should put the Ghost CD with the image in the cd-rom drive and put a boot disk in the floppy drive, then start with CD-ROM support, and type in D:Ghost i have tried this but once i get to the ghost movie what do i do to copy the image onto my hard drive? Where should I go once the ghost menu pops up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

Here's what you need to do:

1) follow your directions to get into the program. (D:GHOST)
2) Go up to: LOCAL
3) Then over to: DISK
4) Then over to: FROM IMAGE (do you understand the thinking? You want to load the LOCAL DISK drive from an IMAGE on the CD...)

Ghost will then let you select where you want to retrieve the image from. Make sure the top is selected for the D: drive. This is the CD drive where the image is. Then you can tab down and select the image from the list. Once you select the image, Ghost will ask you if you are sure you want to overwrite your local hard drive with this image. If you are sure you want to restore this image over your current hard drive, select YES.
