Ghost phone controlling itself?

I just got my phone back from repair and now the phone is controlling itself. I reboot it once already and it still happening. Also my touch screen is barely working which is the reason why I send it into repair in the first place.

I have a Sony ultra xperia z ultra.

Is it a virus? What is it?

My screen isn't wet or oily though, it just got send back from repair. It as dry as possible :\

You know touch was an issue for your phone before you sent it in for repairs and now you ask what's wrong with it and if its a virus?

I don't know how your mind works but simple reasoning and deduction should have told you what your problem was...hint; it's related to the same one your sent it in for.
