I just finish reinstalling Windows and would like to keep a ghost image of the base install, does Ghost or any other disk image program support the use of DVD-R? Thanks.

Probably not yet; however, if you create a "RECOVERY" disk partition for storing Ghost Images, once your image files are on that partition, use your normal DVD-R Windows software to burn those images to DVD. Even if you only have 1 HD, you can still accomplish this task. Have GHOST make a PARTITION IMAGE of your WINDOWS PARITION and record the image to your RECOVERY PARTITION.
