But how did the Major know they were going to kill Kuze after seeing him?
 
Rewatch the ep with him in it from season 1, the CIA was there to clean up the mess and keep the serial killer quiet from talking about the illegal operations during the war. So I guess seeing him with Gouda was enough to justify her reaction.

Alright, I think he might have died, but also he could have escaped to the vastness of the "net". Just like the Major does in the first GITS movie (which you learn if you watched the second GITS movie).

I also don't get why they showed the whole series on Adult Swim yet all the DVD's arn't even out yet. I want to get another look at the series. Oh well, guess there's always bittorrent
