Ghost boot disks and P4 HT OC'd

Hmm, ever since the new system - 2.4C @ 3.2 with HT enabled, 267fsb, I cannot use any of my Ghost 2002 or 2003 boot disks to backup/image my partitions. They just hang after loading the Ghost software in DOS.

Anyone else confirm this or can use Ghost boot disks/CDs with their new Intel rigs?
