Anyone out there that used Symantec's AI Builder to deploy software?

I am trying to deplay Endnote using Ghost 8's AI Builder, but I need to give Users permission to write to the root of the EndNote Folder.

Is this possible using AI Builder?

I tried:
scanning the system
installing Endnote
setting file permissions
re-scanning the system
creating AI package

The package didn't retain the set file permissions!
