Ghost 8 and PXE Issue

So I have Ghost 8 (I know I know .. super old. I inherited it) that I use to image machines here. Over the summer, I virtualized the server (1) that is PXE Boot/DHCP/DNS primary, and added another DHCP/DNS server (2) that acts as a backup. I have 5 different models of laptops that I image here. Dell Vostro 1014, Toshiba M700, Toshiba M400, Lenovo T61, and M&A Touch (Netbook tablet). The Dells are the newest and the M400s are the oldest.

The Dell Vostro and Toshiba M700, they PXE boot fine to server 1, I can get an IP, and login. When the Ghost screen first comes up, it takes forever (5 minutes) and eventually gets to where I can choose Multi/Unicast but then all of the sudden it cannot contact a DHCP server.

The Lenovo, M&A, and M400 work flawlessly, but it is weird. When they PXE boot, they connect to server 1, as evident by "Connected to: Server 1". When they get into Ghost, the IP they obtain is from server 2 (Obvious by the scope).

I am completely lost. The ONLY thing that has changed in the environment is virtualizing server 1 and adding server 2. If none of them worked, I would disconnect server 2 and give it a shot, but since half my hardware is working fine, I'm hesitant to do that. Should I just do that? Any other ideas?
