i mainly blame it on bad parenting. but hip hop culture is to blame too. basically, parents these days have to put in extra effort to ensure their kids turn out ok because of bad influences such as hip hop culture. but with ever increasing cost of living, not all parents can afford to spend as much time with their kids as they did in previous generations because they are too busy working their asses off to put food on the table at the end of the day. its a downward spiral that will continue

blaming the hip-hop culture is a cop out, how many millions of people listen to Rap? It's by far one of the biggest selling genres of music ever. While there are some turdbuglers who try to emulate gangsta rap, the majority of us who listen to it understand it's only music. 10 of millions of people listen to rap, a small percentage act like ass hats due to it.

Parents are to blame, in high school I listened to Geto Boys & 2Pac, and NEVER had the desire to kill a cop or beat a hoe because they had lyrics that spoke on that.
