well, single again and this time its for good. it hurts but oh well what can i do? either get up and try again or quit crying. almost 3 years of my life with this one but it just doesnt seem right for us right now. i havent been completely single since 11th grade(in my 2nd year of college now)

ever since junior high, computers kinda took over my life, quake 2 was my daily supplement of cocaine, it divided me from my family and friends for a few years causing bad grades. i still stay on the pc way to much but its just time to take initiative and can the games and unhealthy relationship.

i told her i would still goto prom with her(shes a senior) since everyone has started asking but she said she wasnt even gonna go, i really hope she reconsiders.

It's hard to move on in regards to your first love because it requires discipline. You have to ignore your emotions and make a conscious decision to never look back (i.e., will your senses) even if she wanted to get back with you. I hope you can be friends with her, but your comment below is not very nice, unless she actually did try to make you sacrifice your friends (i.e., choose between them and her):

Rebound ... potential? Ah, not a very good experience.... You'll likely have difficulties focusing more on college and your job if you get into another relationship fast.
