Recently, I tried emailing my gfx card manufacturer PNY for support in rendering RMA since it's said that there is International support on its' product, therefore, I was surprised that such so called "international" from their main HQ which is located in US, doesn't ship to other parts of the world, which poor me is located in this tiny isle called Singapore. Then, the support replied referring me that there is nothing else they can do about it and I can seek similar PNY support from other "international" listed country for my purpose, which unfortunately, Asia isn't listed and mostly are all Europe. Thus, I would like to know, has anyone ever experienced such cases of RMA issue and how long is the time frame for the gfx card to be returned back to the owner, plus, is it all couriered using sea-route only? Also, can anyone advise me what to do next and how since the shop that I've bought the card doesn't stock any of these PNY product that includes mine which is why the reason I didn't intend to bring it to them as I fear that they might simply purportdly delay and drag on with my solo PNY RMA concerned. Pardon me, if I've posted irrelevently, but I really have no other ideas of what to do with this gfx card, except hoping that support for RMA is "available" for me in my native country. Thank you.:frown:
