GFX card shader error?

When I try to run bf2 full version I get this error message:

shaders/staticmesh.fx not found!!!_DO_ check your working directory _AND_ sync your shaders folder before calling upon your local rendering programmer/GP (really!)

I am using the drivers that came with Bf2 (Nvidia)
My card is the 256mb 6800GT....Pls help
