gforce3 and abit kt7a???

I ordered a gainward gforce3 64 meg video card. does this card work with an ABIT KT7A mobo or am I going to run into the problems I read about, with this board and the gforce4 TI's
 
What problems with the gf4 tis and kt7a boards?

I run a GF4 Ti4200 on an abit kt7a-raid and dont have any trouble at all. The only problems i ever ran into was when i had a gf2 on the same mobo. When powered on, the system would give the error beep codes that it couldnt find the graphics card, hitting the reset switch made it boot properly.
 
im reading on the amdmb.com forums that abit kt7a dont have the power, but if you are running one good job. what are your bio setings? link
 
I know what you are talking about BigMoe. I have that problem with the TI4400 and the KR7A. Fortunatly for the KT7A users, Abit's newest BIOS update fixed that problem, so it should work fine. (Now I am just waiting for them to fix the KR7A and GF4 problems, although they deny that there even is an incompatibility.
