GForce FX 5200 wont display video

I have a TV out connector on the video card and I hooked it up to the TV. Everything seems to work fine; desktop display is fine. But when I try to play a .mpeg file in Windows Media Player I can see it on the computer screen but not on the TV. I have seen others report problems like this but no solutions. Anybody else run into this issue or any fixes?

try changing the resolution then change it back it worked 4 on on my GF2 440
