Gforce 8000 and Aero Issues!

Got an ECS GF8200A MB with on-board video. Running 4M or ram, 512 for video. I was having random screen blackouts lasting 3 or 4 seconds, thought the MB was bad. Was investigation and saw LOTS of hard drive use during the blackouts, and the culprit was AERO. Disabled it system is rock solid and much snappier.

AERO should work with the system, I really don't need it, but I'm curious is anyone has any input on if the problem can be resolved.
