GFDDRvs.GF2MXvs. Radeon 7000/VE

If i cant find myself a super cheap GF2 or Radeon LE on the FS/FT forum, ill have to settle for one of these for my second system. Itll be paired w a 366@550 or 533-600@900 celeron.

With performance, 2d and 3d IQ, and drivers a concern, what will be best? i hear the radeon VE now has a hack/new drivers that vastly improve performance, by activating some features...is this tru?

i imagine that the GeForce DDR would be the fastest and the Radeon VE would have the best IQ. i don't know of any hacks for the VE, though. i would suggest checking in the rage3d.com forums.
