GFCI Troubleshooting... :(

That outlet won't come online. WHen it was the old style, it came up with a GFCI tester as "hot ground" or something... but upstream of that black line, there' is absolutley nothing except for a breakout box where it switches from one cable to another and then the fuse box :(

I don't get it :(

Oh, and if I'm following you correctly, you're looking in the wrong direction. The GFCI compares the current in the hot wire with the current in the neutral wire. If they aren't the same (within some small tolerance), the circuit is tripped. The problem would probably be beyond the GFCI (or the outlet itself), rather than between the GFCI and the fusebox.

you've got water in one of your outlets. Get a hair dryer and blow some air into them.
