Apparently NVIDIA is not one to be left behind?we have proof from a reliable source ( he only sent this picture to me?and 1000 other of his closest webmaster friends ) This picture is total undeniable proof that NVIDIA used the 3dfx technology to unleash the GeForce5 6000!!! I have further proof from my friend, who is close to NVIDIA, that the GF5-6000 is getting an astonishing 54014 3DMarks!!! I cannot reveal the persons true identity out of fear of retaliation from former 3dfx employees?so he sent me this from his Yahoo account under the name ?Emilio?. Remember you saw it here first?.

Sounds like a windup to me.

Take a look at that picture

It is so obviously faked. In the orientation of that pic, take a look at the bottom edge of the top heatsink and the top edge of the bottom heatisink...you can't tell me that they are at different angles!

LOL! Look at the "benchmark" too! Intel have jumped the gun a bit and totally missed the Pentium 5 and moved to the Pentium 6!

What was that, their april fools edition?

I guess so, and Chu fell for it hook, line and sinker! :p

You know, even if those were real 3DMark Scores, that card would suck at high resolution games. Look at the Game1 High Chase-High Detail. It went from 422.2FPS in Low Detail to 78.7FPS in High Detail, to me that really sucks! Another thing, I think that would be impossible to fit in a standard ATX case, or any case for that matter. I think someone is having a little too much fun.
