GF4 w/ 300 w psu????

I was wondering if anyone was able to pull this off. I'd like to get enough power, and I know the diff. between the 400w and 300w antec psu's is about $25.00, but my pockets are lined thin as it is.
 
I have the same problem...

I have the Antec1030 case that comes with the 300W PS, 2HDD raided, Several PCI cards and Geforce2GTS.
Sometimes I there is a variation in the sound that comes from the fans...
I thought that adding Geforce4 and an extra fan would require a better PSU...

Any ideas/suggestions...?
