gf4 tvout problems...

Hello, well here's the problem, i finally got my long-ass rca cable to hook my computer up to my tv. However, when i try to set everything up in nvidia display settings i get no tv-out, it doesn't even show a second monitor! The tv flickers when i try to detect displays. I'm using a svideo to rca cable to hook up and get this, TVTOOL WORKS! I really wanna use twin view not tvtool, so if anyone has any suggestions that'd be great, thanks!
