GF4 Ti4600 VIVO- Can I watch TV?

I have a gainward gf4 ti4600 128 VIVO video card. I am wondering if I would be able to use this to watch cable tv and/or satellite tv with this card. I am running windows xp with everything updated and all that crap.....

Sure, Hook a VCR or STB up to the "VI" and use the units tuner to change channels.

Yep I use a video works good except I need a free programe that makes the video image full size as the capture software from msi ti4200 is only 1/4 screen.
I used an asus programe before with a tnt2 and it was great I do an upgrade and I get smaller mmmm (asus incompatible with msi?)
Ive tried power vcr 2 its good but only a trial version lasts 30 days may have to fork out 50 bucks to make it last forever.
