GF4 Ti4200 noise

Hi,

I'm building a new system - a quiet system. I'm going for a GF4 Ti4200, but it has to be quiet and ideally 128Mb with Video Capturing. - Something like the Aopen Aeolus card, although I have absolutely no idea how loud it is.

Any suggestions?
