GF4 TI 4200 Problems -- Drivers?

I'm having a problem with my new Xstasy GF4 TI 4200. The problem is that my framerates in UT are topping out at 75 fps. Here is my system config:

EPoX 8K3A
Athlon XP1900+ AGOGA
512MB Corsair XMS2700 (single DIMM)
WD800JB
Visiontek GF4 TI 4200
SB Live Digital
Netgear FA311
Liteon LTR48125W
Liteon DVD-ROM LTD163

I'm using the following drivers:

VIA 4in1 v440(a)
DirectX 8.1
Detonator 29.42

I'm also using the latest BIOS - 3/28/2002

I know that this is a problem because at one point, after installing drivers in a certain magic sequence (which I, of course, cannot recall), I saw framerates hitting 150 - 180 fps!
BTW, even when I oc the video card, the framerates don't change.
Any ideas or experiences?

Thanks in advance.

Justin

vertical sync is disabled, but did not help. Also, in UT, when I say, shoot a rocket at the ground, a square appears around it. Any ideas?
