I was surprised to see that the drivers that came with my Visiontek GF4 4400 do not allow
OC in the windows setup. ( miss that ) Is there a way to enable it?
The drivers that came with card are 2750's
I tried powerstrip 3.15 and it seems to work but with a few what is this thrown in LOL
You have engine clock and memory clock..with DDR memory I understand that 300x2 = 600
the card does that fine. Up from the 550 the card came set.
But the engine clock is also half? It says 137 and I am assuming that its the 275 that is stock
core speed. I went to 150 that would give it 4500 speed with no problems if it in fact double
and the core is at 300, but I am not sure why it reports this way.
One other question once set do you have to keep PS running to maintain settings on memory?
That is why I was wanting to set it in the Geforce tabs like I did with my 2 ultra..
I can go 4500 speeds with no problem. Maybe a little more after a test run or two.
man this is nice so far.
thanks for any and all help
