GF4 5600 128mg Ultra vs GF4 5600XT 256mg

Sorry guys...I've been out of the video card for quite some time now. I currently have a GF4 5600 Ultra installed on my machine..but have an opportunity at work to acquire for free a 5600XT 256mg.

Which card would be better for a 2.8ghz Intel machine? Looks like there won't be much of a difference at all.....I may just sell them both and get something a little more up to date.

Any help will be appreciated.

5600XT is slower than even a 5600, which is slower than your 5600U ?

What the hell is a GF4 5600? The 5600 cards were part of the FX series, not the GeForce 4 series.

You might as well sell them both and get a 6600GT or something else.
