GF4 4200 problems, driver issues

after installing the 41.09 drivers for my comp below, after I exit NOLF 2, I get an error when I try and get back in to any game, somethin like "DDHELP has caused an invalid page fault in ?????". I went to the Microsoft support site, and it said it was movie, codec, and driver related. So I tried to load up the 40.72 drivers. right before I started install, i got an error, "NV4_DSP.inf not found, can't continue installation". So i loaded the 30.82. GAAA! No improvent with anything. Then I used Det Destroyer, and loaded up the 41.09 again. Here I am, still with that blasted DDHELP invalid page fault every bloody time I exited a game and return to another! Please assist.
 
Do you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your system? Do you have the latest official version of DirectX installed (8.2)?
