Ok, I'm about to do a fairly thorough upgrade out of my Hercules GeForce DDR-DVI, and I want into a non-MX GF4.

My budget is about $130-150 (or less, but I doubt that'll happen).

I don't need huge varieties of outputs and gewgaws (though I might use a TV Out to an S Video for grins if I had it).

I'm using nVidia because my primary game (DAoC) is optimized for nVidia solutions.

I'll overclock some so long as I don't have to buy extra cooling for it.

I'm looking for stability and speed, just missed the black friday deal at best buy, would prefer newegg card, and still torn on whether 64 or 128 MB is required.

I don't need and can't afford bleeding edge, my processor's only going to be a 2000+ and my memory is 512 PC2100 crucial. I only upgrade on this scale (mobo/proc/vidcard) every 18-24 months, and I won't be going to an LCD or anything needing DVI anytime soon.

Who has a good idea?

damn, this one is backordered for $147 with free ship. but would be perfect for you. should overclock decently w/ no extra cooling-- prolley in the 315/560 range.

maybe try this one instead for $145 and free ship. been getting good reviews and o'cing well. costs about same as newegg if you prefer there. here are the reviews at newegg.
