GF3TI200 w/ UT2004 latest patch

Alright, i have the latest drivers from the nvidia site (53.42 or something like that) and have my card at 204/481 oced. Ive been playing WC3, Halo, Farcry and tried that free starwars galaxies (but it sucked) with no errors whatsoever so i dont think that its the oc. Case temps are in the lower 30's so the room isnt too hot. Upon playing UT2004, it sometimes has various structures that are placed on the map go entirely transparent. This includes trees, rocks, bridges, the little things under the + healths, weapon locker locations (except for the green light stays) and other such related objects. They basically flash on and off with an irregular pattern lasting between 2 and 3 seconds each on and off phase. I have the latest patch so I know theres nothing i can dl from nv or epic. My frames also dip up and down due to this (40 up to 70) on some maps so its like its not rendering these things for a brief second.

Does this sound like any perticular type of graphic element?

Any ideas how to fix this issue? I have the 60.72's (i think thats the number) but i dont think they fixed anything much in them (just used w/ 6800 series to get benches). And no, i dont have a spare nv card.

Make sure the you have the lastest drivers and for your motherboard chipset and graphics card and the latest patch in the game.

Then try to run the game with stock settings and see if the problem persists.

52.72. sorry. i just was too lazy to look at the number. Newest as of 2 days ago anyways. I'll try at stock settings, but im guessing no due to it not being corruption but total lack of objects. Chipset drivers were the ones released on may 10th 2004 for nforce2 (dont know the number).

I too am having the same issues, except with Geforce3 running the 53.72 drivers off the nvidia site (checked to be certain that they were the latest).

So, it seems the issue is not card related.

Anyone else get this issue, and/or fixed it?

Thanks.
