GF3-Ti200....PNY -or- Visiontek?

Okay guys, I put in a purchase for a PNY GF3-Ti200, unfortunately it was back ordered and now is supposed to ship out on the 19th. Now that I have had time to think about it, what card would be better? A PNY or Visiontek Ti200? I have the chance to cancel the order and get a Visiontek shipped today, or should I just wait for the PNY? What software bundles come with each (Retail)?

I'd choose Visiontek because it's a respected, trusted brand name. PNY? Never really heard of 'em myself. Visiontek makes the Elsa cards and both are known for going above and beyond the normal quality of many Geforce clones.

Well Visiontek cards have very good 2D so go for that.
