I can get my GF3 Ti 500 up to 265/570 without any problems and it has 3.8ns RAM on it. I've seen others post here that have gotten as high as 590 on the memory.
3.8ns is theoretically possible of 526.something MHz. Although the chips that are made may be rated at 3.8ns but capable of much more. 570 MHz would be equivalent to 3.5ns
